Tyzer McAllister is an accomplished pianist, violinist, composer and educator. He is in his third year of a Bachelor of Music degree at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. Tyzer has performed at venues and festivals across the UK, including The Albert Hall, Love Supreme Jazz Festival, Brighton Dome and Matt and Phred's Jazz Club.

He has been teaching piano and violin for 5 years, as well as working at Pro Corda Chamber Music Summer Schools and the Philharmonic Friends Summer School in Brighton.

Tyzer's teaching style has been described as inspiring, thorough and adaptable. He focuses on achieving each student's individual aims, whether it be preparing for graded exams, performances or learning music they are passionate about. He places emphasis on holistic teaching, bringing in elements of Music Theory, Ear Training and Improvisation into his instrumental lessons. Tyzer also has extensive experience teaching neurodivergent students, so all can feel welcome when taking up lessons with him.
